This warranty does not cover any defects, corrosion, operating difficulties or damage due to:
a.
accident, exposure to the elements, fat/grease fires, foods or juices, insects, weather, hail,
cleaning and normal wear and tear, abuse or improper usage;
b.
dents, scratches, corrosion or discoloration due to heat, abrasive or chemical cleaners
c.
chipping on powdercoat or vitreous enamel/porcelain parts
d.
installation other than in conformity with the standards laid down by the appropriate authority
and/or in accordance with the Everdure installation instructions accompanying the barbecue;
e.
neglect, improper maintenance or a failure to maintain; or
f.
assembly or use of the barbecue other than in accordance with the instructions accompanying the
barbecue.
g.
unauthorized repairs.

This warranty does not cover scratches, corrosion or discolouring caused by heat or the use of
abrasive or chemical cleaners. The barbecue must be covered when not in use. We recommend
using the prescribed Everdure cover for your barbecue.
5.
This warranty is not valid if the barbecue is used for commercial purposes.
6.
Under no circumstances is Everdure or its Authorised Service Centre liable for any consequential or
special loss including, without limitation, for damage to property or personal injury.
7.
To the extent that the law allows liability for breach of a condition, warranty or term to be limited,
liability is so limited to the replacement or repair of the goods as Everdure so chooses.
8.
Proof of purchase of the Everdure barbecue must be provided with all warranty claims. This will help
confirm the purchase date which will aid in establishing the warranty period. Only the original
purchaser is covered under this warranty.
9.
Parts installed and utilized from other manufacturers will void this warranty.
10.
To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must make it directly to Everdure, or their
Authorised Service Centre.
11.
This warranty excludes rusting of vitreous enamel plates due to breaks or chips in the vitreous enamel.
It is recommended that exposure of the barbecue to the elements should be minimised. After your
barbecue has cooled and has been cleaned, store it under cover with a weatherproof cover over it.
Purpose made Everdure covers are available for all models as an optional accessory.
