System Management I/O
The I/O port on the SMBus provides sixteen GPIO for control of on-board functionality. This port is
implemented by two NXP PCA9554 devices with each device supplying eight bits of general-purpose

System Monitoring
The embedded controller provides hardware monitoring for temperature and voltage. Temperature
monitoring measures temperatures on the Intel Atom processor and near the memory chips. Voltage
monitoring measures the input power and on-board voltage regulators.
