Step 8
Remove the blue foil from the 3 segments and the
central plate. Secure the 3 segments of the reflector
cap to the central plate and each other with the 9
bolts, washers and cap nuts.
Turn the 3 threaded pins in the threaded openings at
the top of the burner head.
Then place the 3 washers over the threaded pins
and position the reflector cap so that the threaded
pins fall through the holes and the reflector cap rests
on the washers.
Place 3 washers over the threaded pins and secure
with 3 wing nuts on top of the reflector cap.
Step 9
Lift the gas bottle housing and let it rest on
the frame. Connect the gas hose to the gas
pressure regulator, and then the gas pressure
regulator to the gas cylinder (note: left-hand
thread). Before mounting the gas pressure
regulator, check whether the black sealing
rubber is present in the union nut and is in
good condition. Screw the union nut of the
pressure regulator counter-clockwise (left-
hand thread) onto the gas bottle connection of
the gas bottle. Finally, tighten it with the
adjustable spanner: the seal must be leak-
free, but do not damage it by turning it too
tightly! Place the gas bottle between the
frame.
