CE Declaration of Conformity
We, SHT Heiztechnik aus Salzburg GmbH, A-5101 Salzburg-Bergheim, Rechtes Salzachufer 40, hereby declare
that the boilers supplied by us, model series EEVVOO AAQQUUAA,with 9 kW and 15 kW outputs, comply with
the provisions of the Machinery Safety Directive (MSV, BGBl. No. 306/1994) and therefore with the Machinery
Directive 2006/42/EC implemented by the above, the EMC Directive 89/336/EC and Directive 2004/108/EC,
the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC, as well as the relevant technical safety regulations.
The production process is subjected to an ongoing appropriate quality control programme and is certified
periodically by an accredited, authorised test institution. The boiler models comply with the legal requirements
and relevant standards for marketing according to Art. 15a BVG (on the basis of EN 303-5).
In this respect the boiler models undergo type testing at one or more accredited and authorised test centres.
The original test certificates are held by the manufacturer.
The conformity of the designated products with the above-mentioned directives is demonstrated by compliance
with the following standards by way of example:
ÖNORM M7550, ÖNORM M 7510/1, ÖNORM M 7510/2, ÖNORM B8130, ÖNORM B8131, ÖNORM B8133,
DIN 4751 Part 1, DIN 4751 Part 2, DIN 4751 Part 4, DIN 1988, ÖNORM EN 303-5, EN 60335/VDE 0700 Part
