Installing the CDMA or GPRS SIM Card 3 - 27

Installing the CDMA or GPRS SIM Card

If you have the

optional

CDMA or GPRS module in your computer you will

be able to use the telephone functions. Firstly install your

SIM card

for your

CDMA or GPRS RUIM

service.

Turn the computer

off

Turn the computer over.

Use a screwdriver or coin to release screw

from the SIM Card Cover

Insert the SIM card as you would into your mobile phone.

CDMA

For most CDMA ser-
vices you do not
need a SIM card

However some service
providers do require
you to install a SIM
card for your CDMA
RUIM (Removable
User Identity Module)
service instead. Check
with your service pro-
vider for instructions.
