Your Eurocom Warranty
Eurocom Corporation warrants its computer hardware products to be free from
defective materials and faulty workmanship under normal use and service for a period
of 12 months from the date of purchase by the end user.
Upon written notice of any defect in the computer hardware supplied to Eurocom
Corporation within the warranty period, Eurocom Corporation shall, at its option,
replace or repair any hardware portion of the system that it determines to contain
defective material or faulty workmanship.
Extended Limited Warranty
An extended warranty can be purchased for 12 or 24 months at an additional cost.
The extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days of the original purchase.
Eurocom Corporation must issue an extended warranty certificate in order for the
extended warranty to be valid.
Exclusions
The warranty on your EUROCOM computer shall not apply to defects or damage
resulting from accident, abuse, acts of third persons, power fluctuations,
environmental conditions, any force of nature or other cause beyond Eurocom
Corporation’s control or alterations to the equipment at the customers direction.
Eurocom Corporation shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages
including, but not limited to loss or injury to business, profits, goodwill or for exemplary
damages.
Service During the Warranty Period
If your hardware should fail during the warranty period bring your computer to an
authorized EUROCOM repair centre or a EUROCOM customer service centre. To
locate the nearest authorized service centre in your area, please contact Eurocom
Corporation at 1-888-331-0795.
When shipping equipment, please follow the repackaging guidelines listed below.
Also, provide a copy of your proof of purchase. Eurocom Corporation recommends
insuring the equipment for shipping.
WARNING: Shipping damage as a result of inadequate packaging is the
cust omer’s responsibility. Use the original packing material whenever
possible.
Repackaging Guidelines for Returning Your Computer
1. Remove and retain cables and accessories. Ship your notebook complete with
battery pack(s), AC Adapter and/or defective accessories.
2. Included a detailed problem description and/or test sample that illustrate the
problems you are having.
