Operation

    Burner Control

  To control the burners, tap Burner Control to show a pop-up. Desired product temperature can be adjusted up 

or down. This always begins at 95 F when the controls are turned on. The Upper burner and Lower burner can 

be turned ON or OFF. A flame icon will be visible on the left side of Burner Control while the Lower burner is ON, 

and the right side of Burner Control while the Upper burner is ON. While either burner is ON, the flame icon will 

be visible in the header.

  A timer is shown in Burner Control that begins counting down when a single burner is turned on, and will shut 

both burners OFF when finished. The timer begins at 60 minutes, or 15 minutes if there is poor feedback from 

the temperature sensor. While less than five minutes remain on the timer, all flame icons will flash as a reminder 

the burners will be shutting off soon. To reset the timer and extend burn time, hold the red Reset Timer button 

for 5 seconds. 
  Burners can only operate in the operation modes Suck Back, Load, Tank Circ, or Bar Circ. These are the top 

four modes shown in the Operation Mode pop-up on the touchscreen. The control will be hidden if not in one 

of those modes. Refer to the Ignition and Out Fire Control section on the next page for complete instructions of 

operating the burners.
