On demand callback
It is possible to ask the RAS to call you back at the telephone number you
wish. That function is called “on-demand callback”.
That function must have been previously authorized : See the “system”
menu, and then “user list” and then callback option.
•
Proceed as usually : Double click the remote connection icon; enter
your user name, password and the RAS telephone number; click OK.

Once the callback popup is displayed, enter the telephone number at
which you wish to be called back and click OK.

The RAS clears the call, and calls back.
After a few tens of seconds, once connected again, the connection icon in
the tool bar indicates the PC is connected.

Safety callback
It is possible to ask the RAS to call you back at the telephone number you
have stored in the user form. That function is called “safety callback”.
That function must have been previously authorized : See the safety
menu, and then “user list” and then callback option.

Proceed as usually : Double click the remote connection icon; enter
your user name, password and the RAS telephone number; click OK.

Once connected, the RAS checks the user name and password,
clears the call and calls back; it dials the telephone number stored in
the user form.
After a few tens of seconds, once connected again, The connection icon in
the tool bar indicates the PC is connected.
