SERVICE AFTER 1st 50 HOURS
1) Engine :
Change engine oil
Replace the engine oil filter
Clean the air filter, change if necessary
Check the adjustment of the gas lever (min. and max. positions correct)
Check the engine speed, correct it if necessary (2850 rpm max.)
Check the fuel pipes connections are not leaking
Check the level of electrolyte in the battery
Check the coolant level
Check the water pipes are not leaking
Clean the radiator protection grille
Clean the radiator
Check the flexible air pipes are in good condition and airtight
2) Drive transmission
Check the hydraulic connections of the TA pump and wheel motors are not leaking
Check, and if necessary is, adjust the dead centre
Check, and if necessary is, position the by-pass in the closed position.
Check the parking brake is working properly, adjust if necessary
3) Blade clutch
Check the stopping during rotation of the electromagnetic clutch (7 seconds max.), correct the clearance
if necessary.
4) St wheels
Check the ball joints are tight.
Check the tyre pressure (front : 1.2 bar / rear : 1.2 bar)
Tighten the wheel nuts.
5) Hydraulic circuit – lifting and steering
Check the level of the oil in the tank, if necessary top up.
Check the joints are not leaking during an operating load test.
6) Cutting deck
Dismantle the cutting deck, change the oil in the angular gears.
Grease the rubber coupling.
Check the condition of the flectors
Check the condition of the blades, sharpen them or change them if they are worn down to the max.

Check the shearing screws are tight, change them if necessary.
Put the cutting deck back together
Check the alignment of the cutting deck, adjust if necessary.
7) Lubrication
Lubrication of the machine (see training manual or instructions for use)
8) Check the safety functions
See chapter in the training manual
