Installation Requirements
• Dry locations only
• 0–35°C (32–95°F) ambient temperature
• 30–90% non-condensing humidity
• The installation location must support the weight of the Relay Interface (2 kg [5.3 lb]) plus applicable
installation accessories and hardware.
Mount the Relay Interface
The CueSystem Relay Interface includes mounting hardware for four mounting options:
1. wall-mount: flat plate with slotted holes
2. pole-mount: flat mounting plate with round holes, two U-bolts, four washers, and four 3/8 inch nuts
3. C-clamp: L-shaped mounting hanger
4. desktop: four rubber feet and four M4x12 mm Phillips-head screws
The hardware also includes four M4x8 mm Phillips-head screws that can be used to install the wall-mount
plate, pole-mount plate, or C-clamp hanger.
Required Tools:
The following tools are required but not provided.
Wall-Mount: Phillips screwdriver and four each mounting bolts or screws and wall anchors
Pole-Mount: Phillips screwdriver, 9/16 inch nut driver or wrench, and pole with 50 mm (2 inch) outer
diameter
C-Clamp: Phillips screwdriver, C-clamp, and compatible wrench
Desktop: Phillips screwdriver
Wall-Mount
1. Using the Phillips screwdriver and the four
M4x8 mm screws, secure the wall-mount plate
to the back of the Relay Interface.
• The wall-mount plate has slotted holes.
2. Align the enclosure in its desired installation
location and mark, then pre-drill the four
mounting holes.
3. Install wall anchors as needed.
4. Align the driver to the mounting location and
install the mounting hardware. Secure the
hardware.
