III. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Remove all packing material and take out the deep fryer with the accessories. Remove all
possible adhesion foils, stick-on labels or paper. Before the first use, wash the parts that will
be in contact with food in hot water with detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water
and
wipe till dry, or let dry.

Fold out the basket holder

to a horizontal position, its arrest will fix (an audible click will
sound) and the basket D may be removed from the fryer.
After inserting the basket into the fryer, you may fold the handle down with the arrest button

- Open the lid E by pressing the button

and pull it out of the housing of the fryer.
You may disassemble all the other parts reversely.
Over-heating protection

The fryer is equipped with a safety heat switch which will disconnect the heating body
in case of insufficient or no amount of oil. If the fryer does not work after having been
connected to the el. outlet, press button

RESET
) with a suitable tool (e.g.
a screwdriver).
Place the assembled fryer on a flat dry surface (e.g. kitchen desk) at height of at lest 85
cm, out of reach of children and plug the fork of the supply cord

the frying oil into the container

MAX
mark. Switch the

switch to „I“ position,
a red indicator will light up (pic. 8). Select a desired temperature with the regulator

Let the oil heat up completely (approx. 10 minutes). Reaching of the right temperature will
be signalled by the red indicator
