Release the two arrest latches on the bottom side of the nozzle in the direction of the arrow
and remove the cover. Clean the space with a suitable tool (e.g. tweezers). Insert the
covers back into the nozzle reversely and close it with by folding it up (you hear an audible
click).
Input and output filters
Rinse the input filters (
A11
,
A13
) and output filters (
A15
,
A17
) under running water. Allow
them to dry out properly before re-use.
Shake out the input HEPA filter
A16
gently, or blow it out (you´d better do this outside).
If the HEPA filter is very dirty, you can rinse it under running lukewarm water (i.e. tilt the
HEPA filter to the side while holding it so that the “dirty” fanfolded side is pointing upwards,
water can flow along the folds and wash out the dust stuck in between the folds). Turn the
HEPA filter by 180° and allow water to flow over the folds in the opposite direction. Keep
turning and washing the HEPA until it is clean. Allow it to dry out properly.
Caution
– Do not clean the HEPA filter or the other filters with any aggressive washing or
cleaning detergents or hot water.
– In order to maintain the filtering parameters of the HEPA filter, we recommend that
you use a dry method of cleaning.
–
If you clean the HEPA filter with water, its filtration properties will deteriorate.
The filter cannot be washed more than three times. After that, a new filter needs to
be purchased.
– We recommend that you replace the HEPA filter twice a year. The other filters are to
be replaced if they cannot be properly cleaned any more, or if they are damaged.
– The HEPA filter and the other filters are not dish-washer safe.
– If the filters are not cleaned or replaced, it might result in damaging the vacuum
cleaner!
– Make sure that the bearing surfaces and sealing elements are clean and functional.

. STORAGE
Always store the vacuum cleaner at a dry place, at a sufficient distance from heat sources
(e.g. a fireplace, stove, or heater). After use, the vacuum cleaner can be taken apart and
the accessories can be stored separately. Protrusions
A5
are also designed for storage of
the assembled vacuum cleaner, allowing the vacuum cleaner to be stored in the so called
“parking position” (Fig. 6). Small accessories (
C4
-
C6
) can be attached to the telescopic
suction tube
C9
(Fig. 1) by means of the fixture
C11
.
