. REPLACEMENT OF THE DUSTBAG AND FILTERS
Caution
– Before replacing the dustbag or cleaning/replacing the filters, make sure to switch off
the vacuum cleaner and unplug it from the mains first.
– Maximum suction performance can be achieved when the filters are clean and the
dustbag is empty.
– When you have replaced the dustbag about five times, the filters need to be cleaned,
or replaced (see Chapter
VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
).
– When you are vacuuming very fine dust, the dustbag and filter pores might get
clogged. This reduces the air flow and deteriorates the suction performance. In such
a case, the dustbag needs to be replaced as soon as possible (even though it might
not be full yet) and the filters must be cleaned or replaced.
