Now the appliance is prepared for preparation of formed dough.
At disassembly, proceed in the contrary way. To release the grinder body, it is necessary to
push the button

Insert prepared dough to the filling hopper

. The appliance will extrude the dough of
required set-up shape.
Plug the supply cable to socket using the socket plug

Recommendation
We recommend to hold (support) extruded dough of required shape by a salver to prevent
tearing the dough. Formed dough shall be cut to shorter length of approximately 5 to 7 cm.
Time of preparation can take several minutes and depends on quantity, kind and quality of
used fruitage.
For easier releasing the nut

, you can use the release lever (Fig. 8). Please use the

(reverse run) if the appliance is blocked.
IV. MAINTENANCE
Unplug the power cable from socket before any handling with the appliance! Do not
use rough and aggressive cleaning agents!
Perform any cleaning of the drive unit only
with wet rag with detergent. Wash other accessories immediately after use in hot water
with detergent. Work very carefully when cleaning the knife! Note that cutting edges of the
knife shall not come into contact with hard objects which blunt them and decrease their
efficiency. After washing and drying the parts, we recommend to lubricate the knife and
plates with table oil. Metal parts must not be washed in the dishwasher because cleaning
agents can cause their darkening or rusting. Some agents can tinge the accessories in
some way. However, this has no influence on function of the appliance and this tint usually
disappears by itself after some time. Never dry plastic mouldings above heat sources (e.g.
stove, electric cooker, gas cooker).
Wind up the power cable

on the holder in the base of the appliance. Store the appliance
on dry and dust-free place out of reach of children and incapable persons.
Procedure for replacement of broken tooth wheel
Remove the spiral feeder

. Loosen the bolt using an appropriate tool (screw driver).
Remove the tooth wheel
F1
from the spiral feeder. Put new tooth wheel on the axe of the
spiral feeder and tighten it properly with the bolt. (Fig. 9).
Fit separator

on the grinder body

. Be sure that separator scoring fits on the lugs of the
grinder head.
