CAUTION: work on the 230 V power system must be carried out by 
authorised personnel only with due regard to the applicable installation 
regulations. Switch off the power supply before installing the system.

2 • DESCRIPTION

ESYLUX PD-C360i /24 DUODIMplus series presence detector with 
360° field of detection and 24 m range. ESYLUX presence detectors 
are passive infrared detectors which react to moving heat sources 
(e.g. people)

. If the presence detector senses a change in thermal radiation 

inside its field of detection, depending on the set light value, it will 
switch on the light channel for a preset length of time. If there is a 
change in the natural light value, the artificial light can be adjusted 
accordingly (constant light control) via the dimming interface. An 
additional HVAC switch contact can be used to control another light 
source/panel lighting or to operate the heating, air conditioning and 
ventilation systems depending on presence, and regardless of the light 
value.

The ESYLUX PD-C360i/24 DUODIMplus series presence detector is 
designed exclusively for ceiling mounting. Depending on the model, 
surface mounting (SM) or recessed mounting (FM) is possible.
The ESYLUX presence detector features 2 factory settings and operates 
according to preset values. The values can be individually modified 
using the ESYLUX Mobil-PDi/plus remote control (available as an 
option).
