Indicators and Controls
LEDs
Power - Green LED, indicates 24 VDC power applied to annunciator.
Alarm - Red LED flashing, indicates system alarm condition.
Supervisory - Yellow LED flashing, indicates supervisory condition.
Trouble - Yellow LED flashing, indicates system trouble condition.
Security - Yellow LED flashing, indicates security condition.
Alarm Silence - Yellow LED indicates audible devices have been
silenced.
Trouble Silence - Yellow LED indicates SAN-COM trouble buzzer has
been silenced.
Drill/All Call - Yellow LED indicates drill/all call function active.
Switches
Reset - Momentary toggle switch resets the system.
Alarm Silence - Momentary toggle switch silences audible circuits.
Trouble Silence - Maintained toggle switch, silences SAN-COM system
trouble buzzer.
Drill/All Call - Maintained toggle switch, activates all audible circuits.
Lamp Test - Maintained toggle switch, tests all indicators on SAN
option modules.
Enable/Disable - Key switch, disables SAN-COM controls.
Sounders
Trouble Buzzer - Operates on system trouble, and when trouble silence
switch is in the off-normal position when no troubles exist on the system.
Addressing and Programming
When used on a data line which has the SAN-COM enabled, the SAN-
COM module requires the FIRST group of 8 input addresses and the
FIRST group of 8 output addresses of the SAN-CPU to which it is
connected. The functions of these indicators and controls is
automatically defined by the SAN-COM enabled function. If multiple
annunciators with SAN-COM modules are used on a data line, all SAN-
COM functions are identical. The SAN-COM feature must be enabled
in the IRC-3 data entry program to take advantage of the SAN-COM
features.
If the SAN-COM function is not enabled in the data entry program, the
5 input switches and the 6 output LEDs may be programmed by using
the tables that follow. SAN-COM input and output address functions
