SAFETY REGULATIONS
For spraying and manipulation with flammable liquids, the
respective standards are valid. Premises and rooms in which work
with coating substances is performed must be marked and modified
with respect to the class of inflammability pursuant to valid standards
and regulations.
If sprayers are used and operated in other countries, local
standards and regulations are valid.
Due to the flow of air and liquids, under certain circumstances
an electrostatic change (electricity) may occur. This may result in
sparks or flames.
To prevent this, it is necessary, particularly for coating substances
with an inflammation point under 21°C (nitra, acetone painting
substances, etc. ) and some coating substances of the 2nd class of
inflammability heated for higher temperature, to use hoses with
guaranteed electrostatic leakage – it is required to ensure certified
hoses with this indication.
V
ibrations
and
noise
The value of vibrations transferred to the hands does not exceed
the maximum permitted value according to Government Directive
No. 272/2011 Coll.
The level of noise depends on the size of the jet system and the
value of the input pressure which varies within the range 80 – 90dB(A).
The permitted level of noise is according to the Collection of Laws
No. 272/2011 is 85dB(A) and, therefore it is necessary to use
protective work aids for the protection of ears.
W
ork
With
sprayer
The sprayer works with a pressure of 6 bars. Never direct the
sprayer towards yourself, other persons or animals. Solvents and
diluents may cause chemical burns. During assembly or disassembly
of the jet or during cleaning or interruption of work, be very careful
and ensure that the sprayer is always secured against any activation.
This will prevent any consequent injury. Before the execution of any
repair work, the sprayer must be disconnected from the compressed
air.
ATTENTION
Do not use the basic construction of sprayers fro solvents from the group of
chlorinated hydrocarbons, e.g. 1.1.1. trichlorethane and methyl chloride may
call chemical reaction with aluminium and also with galvanic or galvanized
parts and to create detonating mixture which may lead to the explosion.
ATTENTION
All workers performing service and maintenance of the device must be
familiarized in a proven manner with safety regulations and with the Service
and Maintenance Manual.
