PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
The machine does not turn on.
> Machine not plugged in, or no
electricity.
> ON/OFF switch in OFF position.
> Verify correct insertion of plug
into outlet.
> Turn machine on by placing
ON/OFF switch in ON position.
Cannot close the capsule
insertion sliding board.
> Used capsule drawer full.
> Capsule inserted wrong.
> Empty used capsule drawer.
> Open capsule insertion sliding
board and insert capsule
correctly.
Pump very noisy. > No water in water tank.
> Fill with clean drinking water
and repeat the hydraulic circuit
charging process.
The machine does not dispense
coffee.
> Capsule not inserted.
> Capsule inserted is not an Essse
