NOTE:
The status of the extender is displayed on the app dashboard in the
following cases only:
Extender is offline
Hub is offline and extender is not offline
Hub and extender status do not match
Failure of power supply to the extender causing it to use the backup
battery
No backup battery in the extender
Hub and extender software do not match. For example, this can happen
if you upgrade the hub but not the extender
