The following table details what happens when the hub and extender are online and offline.

Devices connected to the hub are operational.
Devices connected to the extender are operational, but
unable to send detection reports or receive commands. A
message displays in the app confirming loss of connection
with these devices.
When the extender is online again, accumulated detection
reports are sent, and commands received and implemented.
For example, in such a case if the user sent an instruction to arm the
system, only the devices connected to the hub would arm. When the
extender is online again, it is automatically armed by the server.
Offline

Devices connected to the extender are operational.
Devices connected to the hub are operational, but unable to
send detection reports or receive commands.
When the hub is online again, accumulated detection reports
are sent, and commands received and implemented.
For example, in such a case if the user sent an instruction to arm the
system, only the devices connected to the extender would arm.
