LED flashing
The LED indicates, by means of different flashing rates, the current status of
the repeater:
•
The LED flashes at high rate : the repeater is not able to correctly
subscribe to the Base. Move repeater toward the base station or remove
obstacles in between. If the LED keeps flashing at high rate, repeat the
Registration procedure.
•
The LED flashes slowly: the repeater is working correctly and there is no
handset in conversation under the coverage of the repeater.
•
The LED is steady light: the repeater is working correctly and there is at
least one handset in conversation under the coverage of the repeater.
If during the registration there are interferences (due to other electronic devices
near the base station and the repeater) the procedure could not be performed
correctly. In this case it is necessary to repeat the registration.
Use
When the repeater is registered on the base station and placed in the selected
location you will be able to make and receive calls within the coverage of the
base plus the repeater. Up to two handsets can be in conversation at the same
time under the repeater coverage. When you move from one reception range to
the other (for example from the base to the repeater and vice-versa), the call is
continued.
