- Swing comes completely ready to use.
- All bolts and nuts are standard.
- Hanging rope is size 12mm (0.47”) tensile tested 1224 kg (2692.8 Lbs),
working load max. 200 kg (440 Lbs).
- The swing is suitable for outdoor use.
Installation Instructions:
1. Tire swing must be fixed by adult.
2. Do not install home playground equipment over concrete, asphalt, or any
other hard surface. A fall onto a hard surface can result in serious injury to the
swing user. Create a play area base of sand, pea gravel, mulch, or rubberized
surface.
3. Do not use the swing until properly installed or adjusted to your swing set,
tree, etc.
4. Place a swing on a level surface at least 2 m (6.6’) from any structure or
obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry
lines or electric wires. Ensure a minimum of 2.4 m (8’) of clearance around all
parts of a play structure, and at least 3m (10’) of clearance behind and in front
of the swings.
5. Set the swing at least 60 cm (2’) above the ground so they cannot swing
themselves.
6. If possible, set swing set up in a shaded area to avoid overheating of metal
or plastic parts and to avoid children get blinded by the sun.
7. The maximum height of swing is 2.5 m (8.25’).
