adjusted separately for rotation.

adjustment and the

knob screw is adjusted for left-right adjustment.

: Project a grid test pattern. When the Red grid and the Blue grid do not coincide, adjust the

knob screws

to adjust up/down, rotate and left/right.

NOTE

Please observe caution while adjusting the DMD convergence screws by observing the relative shift
between the Red grid and Blue grid on-screen.

NOTE

If the benchmark is Cyan grid graph, only Red grid graph can be adjusted.

CASE 1

(as shown in

Figure 66

The Red grid graph is at the top left of the Cyan grid graph. At this time, the knob screw

should

be adjusted counterclockwise to make the Red and Green grids overlap left and right and then
the knobs screw

and

should be adjusted clockwise at the same time. Attention should be

paid to the consistency of the adjustment range so that Red and Cyan grid patterns overlap up
and down.

After the adjustment is completed, the pixel convergence should be less than 0.5 pixels.
