2.3 GOOSENECK REPLACEMENT CONTD.
STEP #2
•
Slide handle back.
•
Unthread power cable.
•
Cut off water line and conduit clamps and pull hoses off barbed fittings
STEP #3
•
Thread power cable on and tighten.
•
Slide clamps on water line and conduit.
•
Push water line and conduit all the way to base of fittings and crimp clamps.
•
Slide handle back, place switch in housing, nest housing in handle and tighten screws.
2.4 LINER REPLACEMENT
STEP #1
Ensure power source is off and torch is removed from feeder before proceeding.
•
Remove nozzle, tip and tip adaptor and loosen liner set screw using 5/64 (2 mm) Allen wrench.
•
With torch straightened, grip conduit liner with pliers and remove.
