How to Erase a Phone Number from the Card
Memory
❶
Select Erase from the
PHONE BOOK
menu.
❷
Enter the position number and press YES, or scroll with the right and
left arrows until you find the position and number you wish to erase.
❸
Press YES to erase the number.
Another way of erasing a number is:

Recall the number using Name recall or Position recall.
❷
Press and hold down
CLR
. The question ‘Erase?’ appears.
❸
Press
YES
to erase the number.
How to Copy Phone Numbers
From Flash Memory to Card Memory
❶
Select Copy all from the
PHONE BOOK
menu.
❷
Enter the number of the first position in the flash memory you wish to
copy and press YES.
❸
Enter the number of the first position in the card memory you wish to
copy to and press YES.
❹
Press YES to start the copying.
From Flash Memory to Card Memory One by One
❶
Select Copy from the
PHONE BOOK
menu.
To copy from the flash memory to the card memory use the YES, NO,
CLR and the right arrow key as described below:

Press YES to copy
●
NO or the right arrow key to go on to the next position in the
card memory
●
CLR twice to interrupt copying
The Answered Calls Memory
If you subscribe to the Calling Line Identification (CLI) service of your
network, the numbers of the last 5 answered calls are stored in the
phone. To recall the last answered numbers, see Who Is Calling?, p. 29.
The Dialled Numbers Memory
If your SIM card supports this function and allocates 5 or more positions
for last dialled numbers, the last numbers called are stored on the SIM.
Otherwise, they are stored in the phone.
How to Recall the Last Dialled Numbers

Press
CLR
to erase any digits from the display.

Press the left arrow, followed by YES to select the
PHONE BOOK
menu. Then scroll to Dialled numbers and press
YES.
The number
last called is shown.

Press YES to call the number, or scroll with the right and left arrows
until you find the number you wish to call. Then press YES.

How to Erase Numbers from the Dialled Numbers Memory

The Missed Calls Memory
If you subscribe to the Calling Line Identification (CLI) service of your
network, the numbers of the last 10 rejected or unanswered calls are
stored in the phone. To recall the last unanswered numbers, see Who Is
Calling?, p. 29.
