after the unblocking code has been
entered incorrectly ten times in
succession. Contact your network
operator/service provider.

This indicates that no network is in range.
The reason for this is either:

a.

You are in an area which is not covered by a
network.

b.

The received signal is too weak.

The strength of the received signal varies from place to
place, and often you need only move the phone by as little
as 20 -- 25 centimetres to obtain a stronger signal.

Large obstacles such as buildings, hills and mountains can
drastically affect the signal strength and you may have to
move to obtain a sufficiently strong signal.

Indoors, it is usually best to use the phone near a window.

Handsfree phone in a vehicle:

Ensure that the phone is properly inserted in its holder.

Check the external antenna and its connection.
