In use, pay attention to avoid the machine oil splashing into the inside of the
motor or onto the triangle belt pulley, or the electric motor and triangle belt will
be damaged. The triangle belt would be lengthened after being used for a
certain period of time, it’s tightness can be adjusted with the motor slide and
the middle belt pulley.

Do not place any tools, parts and other sundries on the surface of the
guideway, so as to avoid the damage to the accuracy of the guideways.

If you want to change the direction of the motor rotation, you must key stop
firstly.

Before leaving the factory, the spindle has been lubricated with high-grade
grease, it can guarantee normal operation for 2000 hours. After these 2000
hours proceed as follows:
- remove the chuck at the front end of spindle
- loosen the flange screw in front of the spindle
- take off the stop ring, belt wheel, gear and two circular nuts at the near end
of spindle
- hammer the tail end of the spindle with wooden hammer and aluminium rod
- the spindle can be taken out forward
- after cleaning, refill lubricating oil
Install the spindle according to the reversed procedure. Pay attention to
adjusting the gap of spindle bearing to fitness with two circular nuts.
