answer ...” error is displayed in red in the Message bar, and Writer button is write disabled . Writing is not possible while
this is displayed.

This can change due to setting conditions (Package/Rank).
6-4. Write and Test
When this button is clicked, the Write and Test dialog appears, and Write & Test and Monitor become possible.
1) (Write & Test)
This button is for Write and Test (Function Test).

Fcalc
Displays written frequency (MHz) and acceptable deviance (ppm).

Fout
Displays calculated value for output frequency (MHz) and deviance (ppm) from Fcalc.
