The S1C63003/004/008/016 operating power voltage (V

) is as follows. It depends on the mask option selection (3
V normal type or 1.5 V low-voltage type).
3 V normal type:

The S1C63003/004/008/016 incorporates the power supply circuits shown in Figure 5.2.1 so the voltages to drive the
CPU, internal logic circuits, oscillation circuits and LCD driver can be generated on the chip.
