Disassembly and Assembly

Assembly Procedure

Apply grease on the Gear Cam Barrier (3) (see Chapter 6).

Install the Gear Cam Barrier on the Holder Gear Cam using the hooks of
the Holder Gear Cam.

Figure 4-24. Installation of Gear Cam Barrier

Install the Compl Holder Barrier on the Cover Front Barrier (1) aligning their
screw holes.

Install the Ring Lens (2) on the Compl Holder Barrier matching the
positioning hole of the Ring Lens with the protrusion of the Compl Holder
Barrier, and secure them with 3 screws (1.4x2.5) (3).
(Tightening torque: 0.8 ~ 1.2kgf-cm)
