Assembly Procedure

4.3  Assembly Procedure

4.3.1  Assembly of Lens Assy.

1.

Make sure that there is no dust or scar on the filter surface. If necessary, 
wipe the surface with a cloth damped with diluted alcohol, and install the 
filter into the holder of the Lens Assy. (1).

2.

Insert a spacer (2).

3.

Remove the protection sheet of the CCD (4), wipe it with a cloth damped 
with diluted alcohol if necessary, and install the CCD along the guide rib of 
the holder.

4.

Install the mounting lens (5) along the guide rib of the holder.

5.

Install the insulator (6) along the boss guide of the holder.

6.

After installing the CA1 Board along the guide boss of the holder and the 
CCD terminal, fix the holder with 2 screws (2x6) (9).
(Tightening torque: 2.0 ~ 2.5kgf-cm)

7.

Fix the mounting lens with one screw (2x3) (8).
(Tightening torque: 1.5 ~ 2.0kgf-cm)

8.

Solder the CCD to the CA1 Board.

9.

Insert the FPC into the connector of the CA1 Board.

C A U T I O N

There is a certain direction for installing the filter. Be 
careful not to install it in the wrong direction.

When handling the filter, use of plastic tweezer is 
recommended to prevent the filter from getting dust or 
scars.
