2. Click the
Download
button. The following dialog box
appears:
3. In the top left box, locate the folder or folders that contain
the fonts you want to download.
4. Open the folder by double-clicking on it or by clicking the
Open
button. The fonts in the folder are displayed in the
lower left box.
5. Select the fonts you want to download.
6. Click the
Add
button. The fonts to be downloaded are
displayed at the right of the dialog box.
Most printers can download fonts to memory only, so
Memory
is normally displayed at the top of the list of fonts
to be downloaded. However, if your printer has another
device (such as a hard disk), click
Memory
and scroll to the
device.
If you want to remove fonts from the list of fonts to be
downloaded, select the font at the right of the dialog box
and click
Delete.
