After you remove the controller board, do the following:

1. Hold the EpsonScript board with the 

CN1 connector facing

down and insert it into the CN3 connector on the controller

board as shown below.

2. Press the EpsonScript board in firmly until it stops secure the

EpsonScript board with the screws that come with it.
