Check whether the wall socket has output.

Disconnect the battery with charger, if the
charger indicator become solid green, there
may be a fault in battery, please contact your
dealer to change the battery.

3.

Disconnect the battery with charger, if the
charger indicator is still light out, there may be
a fault in battery, please contact your dealer to
change the charger.
