Limited Product Warranty
(1)EPPFUN is not responsible for damage arising from failure to
following instructions to use the product.(2)For Latin American
Consumers,customer service from EPPFUN service center or EPPFUN
Retail is not available.To request a Warranty Service Order,contact
local EPPFUN authorized dealers.(3)This warranty excludes normal
depletion of consumable parts,such as batteries,unless failure has
occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.(4)Any
limitations of liability in this warranty document shall not apply to
(i)death or personal injury pursuant to any mandatory law on product
liability;(ii)fraud or fraudulent misreprese ntation;(iii)intentional
misconduct or gross negligence;(iv)a culpable breach of major
contractual obligations.A damage claim based on a breach of major
contractual obligations or gross negligence will be limited to
foreseeable damage typical for the sales contract concerned.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
(1)Shipping and handling charges,gift wrapping fees and taxes paid
(e.g.,state,customs,VAT)are not refundable.If your order contains
multiple products and you only return a portion of them,please note
that total shipping charges are not refundable.Partial shipping
charges are also not refundable.(2)If you return a product to EPPFUN
，
(i)without a RMA from EPPFUN;(ii)without all parts included in the
original package,EPPFUN retains the right to refuse delivery of such
return.If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable,it shall be
severed from this warranty and the legality or enforceability of the
remaining terms shall not be affected. This warranty is governed by and
construed under the laws of the country in which the product purchase
took place.

electronic components and batteries,which can be damaged or
cause injury if dropped,burned,punctured,crushed,disassembled,or
exposed to excessive heat or
liquid.Don’t
use damaged EPPFUN
headphones.Please follow the instructions:
To avoid damage to hearing,make sure that the volume is turned
down before playing music on your headphones.If your ears start
ringing or aching,remove the headphones immediately and have
your hearing checked.To protect your hearing:
·Alaways listen at a low to moderate volume.
·Remember to rest your ears once in a while.
·Limit he amount of time you use the headphones at high volume.
·Avoid turning up the volume to block out noisy surroundings.
·Reduce the volume if you
can’t
hear people speaking near you.
Traffic
The EPPFUN headphones effectively isolate external noise.Avoid
using the EPPFUN headphones while driving a vehicle,crossing streets,
or any activity that requires your full attention and capability to hear.
Listening to music in traffic environments may lead to accidents.
Cleaning
Headphones can lead to ear infections if not properly cleaned.Use a
soft lint-free cloth to clean headphones from time to
time.Don’t
get
moisture in any openings,or use aerosol sprays,solvents,or abrasives.
If a skin problem develops,discontinue use.If the problem persists,
consult a physician.
Batteries
Don’
t attempt to replace the batteries of EPPFUN headphones yourself.
You may damage the batteries,which could cause overheating and injury.
·Do not use this product near water.
·Clean only with dry cloth.
·Only use accessories specified by the manufacturer.
·Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
Choking Hazard
The EPPFUN headphones may present a choking hazard or cause
other injury to children.Keep them away from children.
Magnetic Fields
The EPPFUN headphones contain components and radios that emit
electromagnetic fields.These electromagnetic fields and magnets may
interfere with pacemakers,defibrillators,or other medical devices.
Maintain a safe distance of separation between your medical device
and the EPPFUN headphones.Consult your physician and medical
device manufacturer for information specific to your medical device.
Stop using the EPPFUN headphones if you suspect they are interfering
