EPPFUN at its option will(1)repair the Product at no charge with new
parts or parts that are equivalent to new in terms of performance and
reliability;(2)exchange the Product with a product of equivalent
functionality built with new and/or previously used parts that are
equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability or,with your
consent,a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the
product it
replaces;or(3)refund the original purchase price.This warranty excludes
normal depletion of consumable parts,such as batteries,unless failure
has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and damage
resulting from abuse,accident,modifications,unauthorized repairs or
other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
How to Get Warranty Service:
A Warranty Service Order must be requested from EPPFUN within the
stated Warranty Period determined from the date of receipt of
shipment.To request a Warranty Service Order,contact EPPFUN

provide proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration
requirements before applying for Warranty Service.When contacting

Warranty options:
EPPFUN will provide warranty service through one or more of the
following options:
(1)Carry-in service.You may return your Product to a EPPFUN Retail or
EPPFUN Authorized Service Provider location that offers carry-in service.
(3)Do-it-yourself(DIY)parts service.DIY parts service allows you to
service your own Product.If DIY parts service is available at the
circumstances,the following process will apply:
(i)When EPPFUN requires return of the replaced Product or parts,
EPPFUN may require a credit card auth orization as security for the
retail price of the replacement Product or parts and applicable
shipping costs.If you are unable to provide credit card authorization,
DIY parts service may not be available to you,and EPPFUN will offer
alte rnative service.EPPFUN will ship a replacement Product or parts
to you with installation instructions,and, if applicable,any clear
requirements for the return of the replaced Product or parts.If you

follow the instructions,EPPFUN will cancel the creditcardauthori
zation,so you will not be charged for the Product or parts.If you fail
to return the replaced Product or parts as instructed or return a
replaced Product or parts that are in eligible for service,EPPFUN will
charge your credit card for the authorized amount.
(ii)When EPPFUN does not require return of the replaced Product or
parts. EPPFUN will ship free-of-charge replacement Product or parts
accompanied with instructions and,if applicable,any clear
requirements for the disposal of the replaced Product or parts.
(iii)EPPFUN is not responsible for any labor costs you incur relating
to DIY parts service. EPPFUN reserves the rights to modify the
