(1).Left or right earbud cannot work.
Reason 1: Earbuds are out of power.

Put the earbuds in the charging case and close the
cover of the charging case, then use the USB-C cord to charge the
charging case.

(3).Put earbuds in the charging case and close the lid of the charging

(4).Earbuds
don’t
work when the earphone is connected to the TV or
the earbuds cannot connect to the TV automatically.
Reason 1: According to our analysis, the global TV brands, like Sony,
Samsung, Huawei, Hisense, TCL and other brands have different priority
settings for Bluetooth earbuds. This is decided by different UI design.
Proposal 1: On the TV terminal, set up the playback priority of
earbuds and TV speakers.
