Inst all t he AV.io Config t ool

Epiphan’s AV.io Conf ig t ool is used f or loading f irmware updat es on your AV.io SDI and f or advanced set t ings

changes.

You may inst all AV.io Conf ig on t he same comput er(s) where you use AV.io SDI, or only on one

comput er f or conf igurat ion. All f irmware updat es and set t ings changes are saved t o t he device

and work wit hout any sof t ware inst alled on t he comput er.

To inst all t he AV.io Conf ig t ool, f ollow t he direct ions below f or your comput er's operat ing syst em.

Windows

1. Download t he AV.io Conf ig package under t he Windows heading on t he AV.io SDI Downloads page on

Epiphan’s web sit e.

2. Ext ract all t he f iles f rom t he zip f ile (remember t he locat ion you're unzipping t o).

3. Browse t o t he unzip f older and open t he AV.io Conf ig t ool by double-clicking on AVioConfig.exe.

(Depending on your local securit y set t ings, you may need t o right -click and choose t o run t he f ile as an

administ rat or).

4. AV.io Conf ig st art s! If you video grabber is connect ed t o t he comput er by USB, it is det ect ed.
