11.2 Normal heating
Pre-heating is not compulsory and the starting of the system does not depend on it. If
pre-heating is not in use, the central processing unit and display use the heaters only if
the ON/OFF button has been pressed, i.e. when the system is being started. The
hardware does not start until its inside temperature is high enough. The maximum
heating time is 30 minutes after which the hardware will start.
The same heaters and temperature values are used in the normal heating mode as in
the pre-heating mode. In the normal heating mode, almost all of the internal heaters
are used at rate of rise of +2 ºC per minute to provide as fast heating as possible even
if pre-heating was not used.
All of the heating modes are controlled by means of the μ C block integrated into the
central processing unit. The internal heaters are protected by means of thermostats
and against shortcuts, for instance.
