Some China-brand Android mobile phones like Huawei and MI Phone they have their own bluetooth ping rates, please try
different mode to pair the bluetooth. Some phone model may need to restart the app to activate the new mode.
** IOS has difficulty establishing the connection, try to unpair other Bluetooth accessories like the I watch etc. as those
using the same frequency may influence the connection.
Once the connection establishes successfully, the colour of the application icon
changes to BLUE colour.
Please check all connections if the icon colour remains GREY.
Use wire UARTLINK cable connection requires the phones/tabs / USB Type-C adaptor
to support the latest OTG communication.
