USB
– The USB port is not intended for normal operational use. This is mainly for troubleshooting and non-
routine maintenance, should it occur.
•
Network
– The network connection is not intended for normal operation use. This is mainly for troubleshoot-
ing, non-routing maintenance, and security handling by Enseo, should it occur.
Remotes
There are two remotes designed to be compatible with the Enseo Navy DVD player: the Enseo Setup Remote and the
Navy Media Remote.
Enseo Setup Remote
The Enseo Setup Remote is a small remote made for easy access to the Setup
Menu. This remote does not support media manipulation commands (such as play,
pause, etc.). The Enseo Navy DVD player does not come with this by default.
The operational commands from the Enseo Setup Remote are as follows:

STBY
: Sends the Enseo Navy DVD player to standby (Orange Status LED).
•
ON
: Sends a power on command to the Enseo Navy DVD player (Green
Status LED).
•
PWR
: Sends a toggle power (on/off, off/on) command to the Enseo Navy
DVD player.
•
MUTE
: Mutes the audio being sent from the audio sources of the Enseo
Navy DVD player. Press again to un-mute.
•
Direction Arrows
: These four keys (NORTH, EAST, SOUTH, WEST) navigate
the menus. The EAST arrow also acts as a “select” command to submenus.
•
SELECT
: Used for selecting an action in the menus.
•
Digit Keys (0-9
): The 10 digit keys are used for entering channel numbers
and specific numeric information in the menus.
•
MENU
: Opens the User Menu.
•
SETUP
: Opens the Setup Menu.
•
SLEEP
: Opens the User Menu with focus on sleep. Sequential presses of
the SLEEP button will cycle through the available sleep timers that the Enseo
Navy DVD player supports.
•
INFO
: This button displays a menu screen that shows general information
about the Enseo Navy DVD player (the Show Info function from the Setup
Menu Service Options does the same thing), along with a few lines that
are not functional. Of the information displayed, the info menu will display the model of the Enseo Navy DVD
player, as well as its firmware revision, video output mode, and the internal battery voltage rating.
