There will be an acoustic and an optical warning if this maximum heart rate is exceeded.
The resistance must be reduced by the user
himself
using the rotary button (3). The resistance is
not
adjusted by the Crosswalker, as is the case with the Constant Heart rate exercise form
.
By pressing the green button (1) you start the training, and the exercise screen appears. (Fig. 11)

During the training session, seven
different effort values can be displayed.
The following three values are
continuously displayed:
Time:
Training time remaining
Speed:
Speed in [km/h] (this depends
on the pre-set power in W)
Heart Rate:
The heart rate is
continuously displayed in Beats Per
Minute [bpm] at the top-right of the
LCD screen, under the
♥
symbol.
The following four values are shown
alternately when button (7) is pressed.
The possible values are:
Distance:
Distance covered in [km]
Energy :
Effort produced in [kJ]
Revs:
Pedal revolutions in revs per
minute [rpm]
Power:
Power, shown in [W]
10 Results
When the training time has elapsed or if you have pressed the stop button (2) during the training, this
overview screen will appear containing the results of the training just performed.
The results displayed are:
