We provide 12 months replacement warranty for Enpuly Water
Flosser since the purchase date.

During the warranty period, for any defection that is caused by
materials or product process, we will provide the whole product
replacement or parts replacement according to the situation.

The following conditions are not included in the warranty:
- Damages caused by improper use, for example, plugged into
an improper socket, artificial damage, etc.
- Ageing and normal wear and tear from use.
- Problems occur due to its use for other purposes, or improper
use or use of components not supplied by us.

body is very dirty, it can be washed with water. Do not use
thinner, gasoline, alcohol, etc. to wipe this product.

Do not use hot water above 50℃ for cleaning.
Water tank cap：
Please check the water tank cap regularly to ensure that no stains
remain, otherwise it may cause water leakage or breed bacteria
and affect your health.
Water Tank:

Please inject clean water into the tank every time you use it. We
suggest that you unplug the tank after each use and clean the
inner wall of the tank, which will reduce the breeding of bacteria
and better protect your health.

Keep the water tank dry when not using this product for a long
time.
