Turn the splash-guard lid (2) with filler opening lid (1) anti-clockwise and empty the
mixing container.
Chopping ice
Before using the blender to chop ice, ensure that the mixing container (9) is clean. Rinse
the mixing container thoroughly. Even small amounts of residue from washing-up liquid
can impair the taste of the chopped ice cubes.
Fill the mixing container with approx. 6 ice cubes. If necessary, add a little water.
Place the mixing container directly onto the drive shaft of the motor block (7).
Set the speed regulator (4) to
P
several times for max. 2–3 seconds until the desired
result is achieved. Take frequent breaks between chopping processes.
When chopping ice cubes or hard foods, hold the mixing container (9) firmly,
placing one hand on the lid (1).

Use a mild cleaning agent, such as washing-up liquid, and a soft cloth.
