Problems and possible causes
Solution
The yoghurt is too soft
•
Let the maturing phase a little longer.
•
The yoghurt cultures were not fresh enough.
Liquid leaves on the surface
•
The yoghurt is left in the appliance too long.
•
The yoghurt was not cooled sufficiently.
Storage
1.
Clean the lid and the housing with a soft and dry or slightly damp cloth. Add a little mild
detergent to the cloth if necessary.
2.
Rinse the glass jars and their caps with warm water and dish soap. Clean the dish soap residue
thoroughly on all of them.

Clean the appliance as described in the section “CLEANING AND CARE”.

Place the cleaned glass jars with their caps in the housing and cover the lid on the housing
properly.
3.
Store the appliance on a dry and clean place.

Always pull the plug from mains power socket before cleaning!
•
Never immerse the appliance into water or any other liquid.
•
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or detergents or solvents.
•
Clean the appliance as soon as possible after use to prevent residue from drying or going bad.
