The quality of the dehydrated food depends on the dehydration period and the food:
Herbs: fragile
Fruit:
usually soft, flexible to crisp
Vegetables: flexible to fragile
STORING DRIED FOOD
Allow the dried food to cool down before removing and packing it.
Pack the dried food in an air-tight container, e.g. in jars with tight fitting lids or in
plastic bags. You can also vacuum pack the dried food.
Store the dried foods away from sunlight.

There is a risk of electric shock due to live parts.
Always disconnect the mains plug before clean-
ing.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other
liquids.
If the appliance does fall into liquid, under no
circumstances should you attempt to touch it.
First, unplug from the mains socket.
Always ensure that no moisture enters the fan
during the cleaning process.
