Put all the solid foodstuffs in the bowl, without exceeding the maximum level (500ml).
Do not exceed a quantity of 100ml for hard or fibrous foodstuffs.
ASSEMBLY
Fit the blades in the bowl [Fig. B].
Fill the bowl with solid foodstuffs.
Fit the lid [Fig C] on the bowl.
Fit the motor unit into the fixture on the lid [Fig. D].
USAGE
WARNING! Comply with the indications in the chap-
ters "Food contact" and "Quantity and usage time".
WARNING! This appliance is not to be used if it has
been dropped or if there are visible signs of damage.
WARNING! DO NOT touch the moving parts.
WARNING! DO NOT use the chopper with liquids
only.
WARNING! Risk of damage to the appliance.
DO NOT insert cheese rinds.
WARNING! Risk of food contamination.
DO NOT place the bowl in the microwave oven.
WARNING! DO NOT exceed the maximum level in-
dicated on the bowl.
WARNING! DO NOT use the safety system as an al-
ternative to the on/off switch.
WARNING! The blades are sharp: handle them very
carefully to avoid any cuts and abrasions.
Connect the power plug to the mains socket.
Actuate the appliance by pressing the motor body [Fig. E].
At the end of processing, release the motor body and wait for the blades to stop completely.
Clean any parts that come into contact with foodstuffs immediately, as described in the 'Clean-
ing and Maintenance' chapter.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Always disconnect the appliance from the
socket before cleaning or performing maintenance.
Clean the accessories as explained in the "Cleaning before first use" chapter.
Wipe the motor unit with a sponge that has been dampened and thoroughly squeezed out.
Dry with a cloth. Store in a damp-free place, away from heat sources.
