TROUBLESHOOTING
No power to the unit
• Have you checked to make sure that you’ve charged your
Jordy with the included power supply?
• Is the power supply properly connected to a surge
protector or an AC outlet (mains)?
• Ensure that the charging pin is making good contact with
your Jordy and allow your Jordy to charge overnight.
• Are your Jordy Status LEDs Blinking while charging?
Video image on LCD is blurry or not clear
• Clean the LCD display and/or camera lens using the
included cleaning cloth.
• Adjust your distance from your reading material or adjust
the head angle as needed to improve image quality (focus)
• Verify that you are not in focus lock (Look for Lock Icon)
• Always ensure the Jordy Reading Lens is flipped down.
•Should you be wearing your prescription glasses?
•Are you holding your head steady?
Video image on LCD display is too bright/dark
• Try selecting different viewing modes to improve image
quality.
• Try adjusting the LCD brightness via the brightness
wheel/ button.
• Try changing your lighting environment.
