Subject to technical modifications.
-
Check the new molded seal (4) and the new meter (3) before
installation to ensure that only clean, damage-free components are
installed. Lightly grease the flat surface of the new molded seal facing
the meter with food-safe silicone grease and place it with the profile
side in the groove of the in-wall housing.
-
Screw the meter into the in-wall housing until it reaches the fixed
stop. Use the appropriate mounting key.
-
Turn the register in the reading direction so that the readability of the
register display, all meter characteristics and the conformity and
metrology markings is ensured.
-
Open the shut-off valve. Check the meter for function, tightness and
correct flow direction.
-
Secure the meter against unauthorized removal by sliding the sealing
ring (2) over the meter cover until it snaps into place irreversibly.
-
If necessary, slide the cover distance ring (1) over the counter.
5 Display Options
The water meter has a liquid crystal display with 8 digits and special characters. The displayable values are
combined in 2 display loops. All data can be called up via the key.
Initially, you are automatically in the main loop (first level). By pressing the key for min. 3 seconds and max. 5
seconds you reach the second display level (with diamond symbol). Pressing the button for more than 5 seconds
will take you from both levels to the hardware/software version display. Here the display will automatically stop
after 5 seconds.
Within a display loop, you can retrieve the data of the selected information loop one by one with a brief press of
the button.
At the end of a loop, switch off the display by briefly pressing the button. After 30 seconds without pressing the
button, the display will be automatically deactivated.
Level 1 / Main loop:
1) Current counter reading
in m³
(possibly with reference
symbols)
2) Key date value in m³ /
date
(alternating display)
1)
3) Notice code / date
(alternating display; if an
error was detected)
4) Segment test
2)
1)
Until the first annual key date is reached, the key date value is displayed with 0 and the key date with 00.00.2000.
The same applies to the monthly values at level 2.
2)
The symbols that can appear in the display (from left to right) mean: water backflow (or below: water forward
flow), radio activated "I", second display level ("#"), error occurred (triangle), battery voltage error, leakage
indication, key is pressed.
The double symbol "->I" in the second position of the main loop indicates the key date value and date.
The double symbol "I#" indicates the position in the second display loop at which the radio can be switched on with
the button.
