Keyboard simulation with V24 interface

The V24 connection (X21) allows to simulate the MINIPOS keyboard on an external
computer.

The status corresponds to the output of I/O card 4.

value of the axes XYZU and VABC with a time jitter of 500.

Programs can be sent to the MINIPOS over the V24 interface (X21). This can be
done for example by sending the following data to the MINIPOS:
